Okay, well since you brought it up I decided to do a little research. Apparently the technical definition of a desert is anywhere that gets less than 25 cm of rain per year (I looked it up on the Interweb!) So I suppose a desert island is an island that gets less than 25 cm of rain per year. So there you go. Hey, don't hate the playa, hate the game.

Anyway I quite liked your choices, particularly the Bourbon. But I will never understand the amazingly strong reaction some people get from Geddy's voice. I think all'y'all are missing a particular DNA strand or something.

Chris is the really big Waits fan in the band, but my faves are probably Swordfishtrombones & Mule Variations. I actually don't really know Small Change, I'll have to check that one out.
